How to Pitch Your Project is back

Our film and TV pitching course, How to Pitch Your Project, is back for the first time since 2024!!

How to Pitch Your Project

We’ve learned SO MUCH about pitching over the last 5 years as we’ve prepped 31 Moonshot Pilot and Feature Accelerator fellows to pitch to major companies like HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, Starz, Amazon, and many more. We’ve sat in on a whopping 232 pitch meetings, so know what questions the execs ask and what information they expect you to share.

We’re bringing this course back now because we know our community is full of talented writers — but they won’t be able to get their projects to decision-makers unless they truly know how to TALK about their work in a way that gets folks as excited about the idea as they are! We had 1,000 applications for this year’s Moonshot Pilot Accelerator alone, and while we can’t accept more than 8 writers into our Accelerator, we CAN bring pitching information to our larger community.

We’ve assessed thousands of pitch videos from applicants, so we see the most common pitfalls. We’ll help you make your pitch come alive so that the next time you have an opportunity to chat about your work, you’re ready!
