Moonshot Accelerator Alums to be Featured on Atlanta Women's Film Festival Panel
See 2023 Moonshot Pilot Accelerator alum Taylor Henriquez and 2025 Moonshot Feature Accelerator alum Elizabeth Maud Dwyer speak about pitching at the Atlanta Women's Film Fest.
On Sunday, Sept. 27, Moonshot alums Taylor Henriquez and Elizabeth Maud Dwyer will be featured on the Atlanta Women's Film Festival panel "From Pitch to Production: Building the Pitch Featuring Moonshot Initiative."
The panel is set to take place at noon at 7 Stages Theatre, and tickets are available via the Atlanta Women's Film Festival website. Atlanta Women's Film Festival is part of the Cinema Life Film Festival Collective.
Taylor and Elizabeth were selected as fellows for the Moonshot Accelerators out of hundreds of writers who submitted full scripts for consideration. They attended three weeks of industry training, in which they received pitch feedback from a development exec, a showrunner and a speech coach, before pitching their projects to studios, production companies, agents and managers. Participating companies have included HBO, Netflix, Hulu, ABC, Showtime, Starz, Amazon, Broadway Video, Fabel Entertainment, Element Pictures, Yes Norman, Level Forward, and many more.
Taylor received representation from Anonymous Content after pitching her pilot "What About Bree" to manager Ali Lefkowitz as part of Pitch Week.
Elizabeth Maud Dwyer pitched her feature "When Ani Met Jo Met Cris" as part of the Moonshot Feature Accelerator in 2025. She is currently focused on producing her first feature. She recently participated in the Selection Committee for the 2026 Moonshot Feature Accelerator.
